Do I need a POS or card reader to use Revenue QR?
No. Revenue QR works as a standalone promotion, loyalty, and CRM platform. Customers scan, your staff validates the redemption in the dashboard or on a phone — no integration with your POS required. (POS integrations are on the roadmap for franchise customers.)
Are punch cards really included on every plan?
Yes. All 11 promotion types — including Punch Cards, BOGO, Tiered Discounts, Bundle Deals, Happy Hour, First-Time Customer offers and Loyalty Milestones — are available on every paid plan. Plan tiers only change how many active promotions you can run at once and which QRcade games you unlock.
Is the CRM and email campaign tool actually included or is it an upsell?
Included on every paid plan. You get full customer profiles, behavior-based segments, a drag-and-drop campaign builder, and automations (winback, punch-card nudges, expiring-deal reminders) — no separate Mailchimp or Klaviyo subscription needed.
How does the Partner Deal Chain actually work?
You connect to another business on Revenue QR and agree on a paired offer. "Open chain" means both deals are available immediately on the same scan. "Sequential chain" means deal B unlocks only after the customer redeems deal A. Both modes have their own analytics so you can see exactly how much foot traffic the partnership drove.
Can my customers actually delete things from their wallet?
Yes. Every saved QR, voucher, and account record can be removed by the customer at any time from their portal. We respect privacy — no dark patterns, no "contact support to delete." It's a one-click action.
Which QRcade games do I get?
Starter unlocks 4 Basic games (Memory Match, Word Search, Snake, Tap Counter). Growth adds 4 Pro games (Brick Breaker, QR Dash, Cupcake Catcher, Slice Saver) plus Leaderboards. Pro and Enterprise unlock all 10+ games including Premium titles (Vape Cloud Pop, Coffee Rush) and Tournaments.
