Do I need a POS or card reader to use Revenue QR?
No. Revenue QR works as a standalone promotion, loyalty, and CRM platform. Customers scan, your staff validates the redemption in the dashboard or on a phone — no integration with your POS required. (POS integrations are on the roadmap for franchise customers.)
Are punch cards really included on every plan?
Yes. All 9 promotion types — including Punch Cards, BOGO, Tiered Discounts, Happy Hour, First-Time Customer, and X for $Y packages — are on Free and every paid plan. Free can run 1 active promo at a time. Paid plans raise that cap. QR types are separate: Free gets 4, Starter adds level lock and Gift Boxes, Growth+ unlocks all 10. A deal that unlocks after they play enough is a Level lock QR, not a promo type.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free stays $0 with no credit card and no expiration. You get 3 QR codes, 1 active promotion, 2 basic games, 7-day analytics, Print Studio with classic frames, instant deals, factory vending ads, and Deals Near Me. Gift Boxes, sales page frames, CRM, and merch start on Starter. Full-sheet ads, table tents, seasonal QR frames, and Spin Wheel unlock on Growth. Hunt is coming soon.
Is the CRM and email campaign tool actually included or is it an upsell?
Included on Starter and every paid plan — not on Free. You get full customer profiles, behavior-based segments, an email campaign editor, and automations (winback, punch-card nudges, expiring-deal reminders) — no separate Mailchimp or Klaviyo subscription needed.
How does the Partner Deal Chain actually work?
You connect to another business on Revenue QR and agree on a paired offer. "Open chain" means both deals are available immediately on the same scan. "Sequential chain" means deal B unlocks only after the customer redeems deal A. Both modes have their own analytics so you can see exactly how much foot traffic the partnership drove.
Can my customers actually delete things from their wallet?
Yes. Every saved QR, voucher, and account record can be removed by the customer at any time from their portal. We respect privacy — no dark patterns, no "contact support to delete." It's a one-click action.
Which QRcade games do I get?
Free includes 2 of the 4 Basic games. Starter unlocks all 4 Basic games (Memory Match, Word Search, Snake, Tap Counter). Growth adds 4 Pro games (Brick Breaker, QR Dash, Slice Saver, Stacked) plus Contests. Pro and Enterprise unlock all 10 games including Premium titles (Ink Split, Coffee Rush) and seasonal drops.
What is the Spin Wheel and which plan gets it?
Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. You get a fixed 8-slice wheel, hang live deal QRs on the slices, mark loser or spin-again, and set the odds. Guests and accounts get one spin a day. Instant deals issue a no-account coupon. Punch cards ask the player to sign in.
